Anthoni Elmargi holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Hons) degree with over 15 years’ experience across the Rail and Civil industry.
Throughout his career Anthoni has upheld various Engineering and Leadership roles across the infrastructure industry delivering major rail infrastructure projects and upholding Maintenance Operation management roles across the rail industry.
Anthoni is an active member of the Permanent Way Institution (PWI) NSW and a recipient of the prestigious Steve Maxwell Platelaying Award - Major Works category in 2011, 2012 and 2014. His expertise in maintenance operations has placed him on the PWI judging panel for the Alan Barham Maintenance Award.
Anthoni's overall experience in Project Management, Maintenance Operations and Construction is crucial to the overall operations of Vertex Group Australia and an asset to our team and clients.
Director of Building Works and Facilities
William Abuali has over 15 years’ experience in the Building and Construction industry and is a qualified Builder and founder of Vertex Construction established in 2002.
William's experience includes developing multi story dwellings, childcare centres and community buildings. In addition to developments, William's experience includes remedial works on heritage buildings, strata maintenance, facilities maintenance and emergency insurance works.
William is also a member of MBA (Master Builders Association) and HIA (Housing Industries Australia). With his vast experience in the building and facilities industry, William heads the Building Works and Facilities Maintenance divisions within Vertex Group Australia .
Director of Rail Infrastructure Services
Martin Hoang holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with over 15 years experience in the Rail industry.
Martin is a recognised leader, business developer and constructor across the rail industry with experience working for government agencies and working in senior management roles for top tier 1 rail contractors.
Some of Martin's career highlights include business development of John Holland Minor Rail Works department and delivering the awarded wining Sydney North West Rail Link Metro Rail.
With Martin Hoang's experience and wealth of knowledge he heads our Rail Infrastructure Division with key focus on business development, project management and tender bid process.
Senior Project Manager
Tony is a qualified Civil Engineer with over 35 years experience in the construction industry specialising in property developments and construction management.
Tony previous experience includes working for large tier 1 construction companies such as Laing O'Rourke, Taylor Constrictions and Reed Construction and has delivered projects in excess of $210 million.
As our Senior Project Manager, Tony manages various large development projects and leads a team of Engineers, Contract Administrators and Site Managers.
With Tony's wealth of experience our clients are assured that their projects are delivered on schedule, within budget whilst ensuring project risk, safety and quality are the centre of all our projects.
Natalie has over 12 years experience in the construction industry, specialising in operations management, contracts and accounts management.
Natalie brings strong stakeholder engagement skills, compliance management, planning, financial control capability and collaboration between our team and business partners.
Natalie's experience and attention to detail ensures that our operational requirements and obligations are always met and compliant with our policies and procedures and industry standards.
Steven has over 14 years experience in Construction Management delivering and managing various construction projects and teams.
Steven's key role is to safely deliver and manage projects through the end-to-end process by overseeing the planning, resource management, risk management and financial control of each project whilst ensuring our client requirements are met.
Nicholas has over 10 years experience in Project Management, managing various teams delivering large and complex projects at a time.
Nicholas's key role is to project manage, execute and control a diverse range of projects, oversee site works, interface with clients and ensure key projects deliverable of cost, time and quality are met.
Robin has over 40 years experience in rail varying from maintenance through to construction. Robin has delivered various large rail and civil projects and is an essential part of the team who provides ongoing mentoring and technical advice to our upcoming rail generation.
Pamela is a Civil Engineer almost 10 years of experience in engineering design and business development. She has worked with many consultancy firms on major infrastructural projects as part of the design and management team.
Pamela brings in a combination of technical and business development skills. She works as part of Vertex project delivery team, and plays an important role in managing the business development channels and the tendering process.
Danielle is enthusiastic and thorough Engineer with diverse experience and skillset within civil and building disciplines. During her time at Vertex Group Australia, she has been engaged for activities relating to HSEQ management, project lifecycle support, estimating, procurement, site documentation and site support.
Danielle offers strong skills in time management, resource management, documents development and communication.
Andy is one of our bright stars who demonstrates strong technical and project management skills providing support across all sectors of Vertex Group Australia.
Stephen has over 40 years experience working across utilities sector, construction and rail industry, specialising in Work Health & Safety, Risk & Quality Control, and Safe Working compliance.
Stephen's role is vital to our team to ensure our work practices and staff comply with regulatory and legislative requirements and help drive a safety culture of 'Zero Harm' to our team, partners and community.
Marketing & Administration Officer
Rasha plays a vital role behind the scenes as our Marketing and Administration Officer, with over 12 years experience running her own business Rasha brings key marketing and administration skills to Vertex Group Australia.
Rasha's key responsibilities is to drive the planning and delivery of marketing, promotional activities and ensure the day to day requirements and support is provided to all sectors of Vertex Group Australia.
Aboriginal & Indigenous Liaison
Graham Davis is part of the Deerubbin Local Aboriginal Land Council and our support liaison officer who we work closely with to up skill and introduce local indigenous men and women into the rail and building industry.
